We provide a safe and secure system to dispose of confidential waste off site. The storage containers vary for holding confidential material. Security is assured through their construction and high security locks. Confidential waste is deposited into the units depending on your tailored needs.
Collections are organised as required – we can advise on the most suitable collection frequency depending on the volume of secure waste that is produced.
On each collection your confidential waste is taken safely and securely to a vehicle using real time tracking devices and accurate waste management hand held software.
The confidential waste is taken to the nearest service depot where access is granted via a security corridor monitored by cameras. The confidential waste is emptied into high capacity industrial shredders and shredded beyond recognition.
As an environmentally responsible company, the shredded paper is baled and sent for recycling/reprocessing. We can therefore provide a full audit trail from collection to shredding in real time with same day reporting.
Once your confidential waste is destroyed a Certificate of Destruction is issued.
